CANCELLATION POLICY

‼️ Booking Policy‼️ 💵 Select services require a non-refundable deposit that will be applied toward your service total. 🏦 Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment when proper notice is given. ❌ Cancellations or reschedules require at least 6 hours’ notice. Services totaling $50 or more that are canceled with less than 6 hours’ notice will incur a $30 cancellation fee. If the appointment is rescheduled within a week of the original appointment date, the $30 fee will be waived. ☎️ No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. ⏰ A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you are running late, I ask that you communicate with me. Failure to communicate may result in your appointment being considered a no-show. 💳 A valid card must be kept on file. Any unpaid fees must be paid prior to scheduling or receiving future services. ✅ Appointment confirmations and reminders are automatically sent via text and/or email prior to scheduled appointments.
